Hotoff Press is a mobile silkscreen-printing unit. This project was influenced by the distributable and malleable nature of the printed object, which is in direct opposition to the print shop- cumbersome and institutionalized. Hotoff mobilizes the print shop by attaching it to a bicycle with an intention of networking, building community, distributing information and sharing the process of printmaking outside the commercial and institutional model. Hotoff press creates critical dialogue around models of communication through social engagement. More info.
